What happens if a prepaid order returns to our warehouse due to non-delivery.
If a prepaid order is returned to our warehouse due to non-delivery — including customer unavailability, refusal to accept the order, incorrect/incomplete address, or any other customer-related reason — you may choose one of the following options.
The order can be shipped again after payment of the applicable re-shipping charges.
You may request a refund. The following applicable charges will be deducted from the order value:
• Original shipping charges
• Return-to-Origin (RTO) charges
• Payment gateway processing fees
The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method or another payment method requested by the customer, subject to verification and approval.
