Prepaid Order Return & Refund Policy

If a prepaid order is returned to our warehouse due to non-delivery (including customer unavailability, refusal to accept the order, incorrect/incomplete address, or any other customer-related reason), the customer may choose one of the following options:

1. Re-dispatch: The order can be shipped again after payment of the applicable re-shipping charges.
2. Refund: The customer may request a refund. In such cases, the original shipping charges, Return-to-Origin (RTO) charges, and payment gateway processing fees will be deducted from the order value. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method or any other payment method requested by the customer, subject to verification and approval.
